• Oversaw SAP Business One implementation and incentivization frameworks for trading staff of MTC Group.
• Set up Zurik Processing Facility in Khopoli, India, including QA/QC reporting systems.
• Formulated and led quarterly/annual budgeting for global and UAE trading entities.

• Established the Non-Ferrous Scrap Trading Desk and initiated imports into India.
• Set up processing operations at Khopoli, including local purchase and domestic sales functions.
• Played a key role in a Joint Venture with Sigma Alloys Pvt. Ltd. for Aluminium Alloys manufacturing.
• Managed 1,200 MT/month of trading and 800–900 MT/month of in-house processing.
