• Manage operation and maintenance for 2000+ Data Center infrastructure critical equipment of global key accounts service contracts in the region

• Manage the renewal of existing service contracts, negotiating competitive renewal prices and adding new contracts to expand business portfolio.
• Acting as a service sales person for existing and prospective key account contracts
• Collaborat with sales and account managers to accurately forecast and generate sales quotes for Vertiv products refurbishment at key customer operational sites.

Operation and Maintenance at Hamad International Airport ATCC (Air Traffic Control Complex) FM-0004, the main functions cover the following:

• Operating and maintaining areas both on air & land side in all disciplines i.e Substations, Transformers, Generators, UPS, Battery Chargers, Batteries, VFD, Lighting Arrestors, Earth rods, Electrical Cabling, Lightings, MV panels, LV Panels etc..
• Established and maintained positive working relationship with the client
• Managing the Electrical department team for day-to-day work schedules, planned maintenance and unplanned corrective maintenance and incidents
• Good understand and planning for Asset Management System (ISO55001) through Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Oracle and CMMS Maximo to schedule PPM/ CM activities
• Understand Building Management System (BMS)
• Troubleshooting and problem Solving
• Preparing all required documentation for any PM or CM activity such as Method of Statements, Risk Assessments, Request of Work and Work Permits
• Managing and preparing the electrical department required spare parts stock.
• Full coordination with suppliers and sub-contractors.
• In addition, preparing project payment certificates, work done details and estimated billing figures for a specific period.

• Electrical/Service Engineer where scope of work includes Data Center design, preparation and After Sales Service as well (Operation and Maintenance)
