I am a dedicated and self-motivated educator, bringing a wealth of experience to the table in teaching English at both KS3 and KS4 levels within the UK. My expertise extends to effectively engaging with students who present challenging behaviours, as well as those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), English as an Additional Language (EAL), and those eligible for pupil premium. My classroom management skills have been honed in diverse settings, including schools that have achieved an OFSTED rating of "Good," where I have successfully guided entry-level students through their GCSEs and other foundational exams. During my teacher training, I developed a strong foundation in educational best practices, which I further enriched by spending a year at an ADEK-rated "Outstanding" school in the UAE. This international experience has not only broadened my teaching repertoire but also enhanced my adaptability and cultural sensitivity. I am adept at contributing to the broader school community, having supported general school duties, facilitated school trips, and led various clubs. My exceptional communication skills are a cornerstone of my professional approach, enabling me to work seamlessly with colleagues across all levels and to foster meaningful connections with students. Keen to broaden my teaching scope, I am enthusiastic about the opportunity to extend my teaching to include subjects such as sociology and personal development, areas I am deeply passionate about. My commitment to education and student success is unwavering, and I am eager to bring my dynamic skill set to a new educational environment.
