  • Ensuring the completion of joining formalities.

  • Designing the Salary Structure for new joinees , during annual appraisals and salary revisions

  • Managing and preparing monthly attendance files for Payroll Processing


Employee Relations

  • Executing Staff Welfare activities and management games like Annual Parties, employee engagement activities, Birthday celebrations, etc.
  • Handling HR issues, queries & complaints for all employees


Talent Acquisition: -

  • Talent Acquisition for the entire organization (UAE and Qatar region) at all Levels.
  • Sourcing candidates through different channels like Head hunting, Job portals, Employee referrals, Internal job posting and LinkedIn.
  • Handles complete Recruitment Cycle by taking initial round of telephonic and personal interview, discussing salary and on boarding.

  • Working closely with the PRO and assisting him for Visa renewals, Cancelations, extensions
  • Managing and preparing documentations for all visa related processes.
