- Established IT & ERP department with qualified professionals and minimizing the dependency on third party support. Managed ERP systems of SAP Suite on HANA and Oracle EBS to support the business requirement of both the companies.
- Under cloud strategy, migrated on-premise SAP infrastructure to SAP Private Cloud Edition (PCE) under RISE with SAP program. Also replaced on-premise CRM system with cloud-based SAP C4C CRM system.
- Under digitization initiative of procurement function, implemented SAP Ariba sourcing and launched supplier portal with Ariba Commerce Automation fully integrated with SAP at Khidmah.
- Implemented cloud-based document management system integrating with SAP property management (REFX) module with OpenText platform to digitize voluminous property management physical documents with customers.
- Launched Companies Intranet Portal using SAP Workzone. Also launched employee portal and mobile app to digitize all employee self service requirement. Implemented SAP SuccssFactors modules of Employee Central, Performance Management, Recruitment and Onboarding functions to digitize key HR functions.
- Under Digitization initiatives played active part in developing customer portal and mobile applications enabling customers to access Khidmah and Provis services through digital platforms.
- Integrated customer portal and mobile apps with payment gateway enabling online payment option to customers. Also had payment gateway integration with SAP for posting accounting entries to record collections from customers.
- Developed Technician Mobile App integrated with SAP to digitize facilities management operations where service requests created in SAP are pushed to mobile app enabling technician to promptly attend to customer complaints and resolve issue.
- Digitized petty cash management by launching prepaid card with FAB and integrating same with user mobile app to monitor spend, attaching supporting invoices, approval workflow and functionality to submit claims and request for cash refurbishment.
- Established new function within our department for data analytics to develop Management Dashboards using Power BI tool for senior management by integrating it with SAP HANA tables.
- Developing cloud platform and set up video wall infrastructure for Integrated Command and Control center to efficiently manage and monitor facilities management operations at 90 plus client project sites with use case of Smart Energy Management, OT Device Management, Occupancy Monitoring, Smart Restroom Services, Smart Waste Bin Management, Smart Lighting Management and Smart Workforce Management.
- Setup new IT infrastructure for Khidmah and successfully handled complicated assignment of splitting IT infrastructure between Khidmah and Provis.
