HR Business Partner

  • Overseeing implementation of all HR processes within the region, including workforce planning, succession planning, performance management, talent management, talent acquisition, remuneration, workforce reduction, and other processes as applicable.
  • Partnering with managers and functions in the region to understand current issues that can be supported or resolved through HR practices, processes, or policies. Counselling business leadership on the most effective solutions to resolve issues and support long-term objectives
  • Representing HR in the business builds partnerships between employees, HR, and Managers. Offering HR solutions and collecting feedback for continuous improvement.

HR Operations

• Ensure potential issues are identified and escalated and all HR operations-related activities are strictly followed as per the defined process.

Talent Management

• Supporting business units in recruitment, job rotation, performance evaluations, rewards, and careers development in achieving units goals

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop hiring plans
• Conduct initial screening of resumes and applications, and conduct phone and in-person interviews
• Negotiating salaries with the selected candidates and explaining other rules and policies of the company.
• Create job descriptions and post job openings on various job boards and other recruitment channels
• Develop and maintain relationships with universities and other educational institutions to attract talent.
• Ensure all recruitment and hiring processes comply with legal and regulatory requirements
• Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other recruitment vendors.
• Manage the entire candidate experience, from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring a positive and professional experience for all candidates.
• Develop and implement effective employee retention strategies, including but not limited to talent management, performance, and career development.

Performance Management System

• Responsible for conducting appraisal cycle through HCMS and analyzing the data for the same.
• Ensure timely completion of the PMS cycle with regular follow-ups with the business heads.
• Preparation of job descriptions for the group companies.
• Finalization of KRAs and KPIs of each employee.

Training and Development

• Training needs analysis based on the discussion with the business heads
• Identification of training requirements using the Predictive Index assessment tools
• Proposing and advising on the MDP programs to the management
• Identification of the High Flyers club members to work on the special project for the management
• Organizing technical and soft skills training with internal and external parties
• Responsible for various training for performance management systems through HCMS across locations.

Payroll and Compliance

• Overseeing the salary input details for the salary processing and various other monthly MIS
• WPS preparation for the bank upload
• Ensuring all HR contracts and policies are up to date with the new labor laws
• Advising PRO on the visa-related activities for the recruitment part
