I am Mechanical Engineering graduate with MBA in Operation Management and over 3years experience in sales , supply chain and procurement in the automotive industry.

Currently working as a Marketing & Supply chain specialist, I manage end to end operations across Russia, Asia, and GCC. My responsibilities

include bulk order processing, supplier negotiations, demand planning,

inventory control , logistics coordination.

I have handled 150,000+ OE and Aftermarket parts and collaborated with 100+ global distributors and suppliers. I am now looking to transition into a dedicated procurement role where I can leverage my technical and operational expertise to drive sourcing efficiency and supply chain value.

• Plan and coordinate over preventive maintenance of the vehicle
• Preparation and maintain the documents relevant to the preventive maintenance
• Maintain the workshop and vendor database via maintenance tracker.
• .Regular follow-up with vendor for the financial negotiations and audits.
• Obtaining the quotes from the service centre and liaise until he final approvals.
• Inspection of vehicles with coordination of QA/QC team and analysing the repairs and remedied to be done.

• Review and Verification of ITP,WPS,MTC and MRIR.
• Regular monitoring and inspection of welding consumable/Electrode backing system.
• Review, verification and updating of fit-up and weld visual inspection report.
• Coordinating with NDT subcontractor for NDT activities.
• Site preparation for positive material identification ( PMI )
• Hardness test and ferrite test.
• Coordination with client with regards to inspection activities.

• Plan and Design of new production process.
• Design and implement cost effective equipment and modification to help for improving safety and reliability.
