- IT Infrastructure Management:
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the venue’s network infrastructure, including wired and wireless connectivity, servers, switches, and routers—to guarantee consistent and high-speed internet access for both staff and event participants.
- Ensure the venue’s IT hardware—computers, projectors, audio-visual equipment, printers, and other peripherals—are up-to-date, well-maintained, and strategically deployed across event spaces.
- Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers, reviewing contracts and ensuring optimal performance and value.
- Event IT Support:
- Collaborate with organizers to tailor tech solutions for events, manage AV systems and ticketing platforms, and provide real-time on-site support.
- Software Systems Management:
- Oversee event-related software (e.g., scheduling, ticketing), train staff, and integrate new tools to enhance efficiency and user engagement.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and train the IT team, promote continuous learning, and align IT initiatives with overall business goals.
