I was responsible for the management of workflow throughout all departments within the company (planning, operations, maintenance), Plus overseeing all aspects of supply chain management, ensuring the flow of raw materials and final products from suppliers our whorehouses. I was also responsible of managing orders and coordinate stock of materials, product and equipment to ensure the company has everything needed without reaching a stock out situation.

I managed to Improve forecasting, increase customers satisfaction and avoid stock damage successfully without having excess supply or running out of stock.

My role can be summarized in Planning and executing departmental budgets, coming up with effective strategies to enhance the pick up and delivery time, maintain the fuel budget and level of all drivers, delivering positive and/or negative feedback, and addressing any shortcomings, beside improving the work environment and operations of the Logistics department and the organization as a whole.

I was successfully able to improve the loading and off- loading time by 22% and I found an effective way to reduce the fuel cost by 32%.
