Diploma of Management - Multiple roles in special operations, as well as the outcomes of promotional courses, have equipped me with the skills, knowledge, and attributes necessary for a thorough understanding of human resource management.
I've been trained and have experience with performance management, job priorities, professional growth, and performance management methods. I have a lot of expertise managing operational strategies and working on projects.

Diploma of Work, Health and Safety - It has been my responsibility as a Work Health and Safety (WHS) manager to identify and mitigate hazards and risks, investigate incidents, create, implement, and maintain WHS management systems, and assist in the creation and use of hazard management tools. It's also part of this job's responsibilities to manage equipment hazards, as well as rehabilitation and return-to-work programs.
