Key achievements:

- a 3-year product development strategy was created and approved with a focus on key segments and underserved categories of high-margin users;
- new features launched: fast payment system, new tariffs, lending, online identification
- Net Revenue for 2021 exceeded budgeted targets by 15%

Key responsibilities:

• Managing expectations and working with feedback from a large number of stakeholders: business customers, compliance and AML / CFT, lawyers, accounting, regulators and others.
