  • Coordination between the SPOCs of every region and new joiners to fulfill any additional information requirements and continuously follow-up with the respective teams to ensure that joining requirements are completed within expected timelines
  • Manage regular meetings/ discussions with Onboarding, Operations, Admin and IT teams on the completion of joining formalities and smooth transition of new joiners including setting up the company assets
  • Manage and maintain employee database/ HRIS with high integrity and confidentiality and ensuring zero error results which supports accurate analysis
  • Support and administer employee training and development programs, focus on continuous TNA and further evaluate training effectiveness
  • Communicate and coordinate with stake holders regarding the exit formalities and support with required actions in alignment with the policies thereby ensuring a smooth flow in completing Exit formalities of the resigned employees
  • Implement programs which ensure continuous improvements in processes and contribute towards business unit savings
  • Maintain discipline by monitoring the Attendance system, identify discrepancies and communicate to employees for resolution/ corrections
