The task involved
1. Build the Brand AFTRON and improve its foot print in the MENA Region
2. Firm up the assortments - by phasing out the non core segments while covering the full spectrum in the Core and Strategic Sector
3. Improving the productivity of the staff and training them
4. Strike excellent relationship with Modern Trade and B2B Customers
5. Take up Mini Turnkey contracts for Installation of Builtin Kitchen Equipments for Domestic as well as Commercial Buildings
6. Add Brands which can complement AFTRON and thus improve per person productivity
The KRAs where the following
1. Working closely with the Global Sourcing team , induct the range of products which can give fillip to the Brands Growth
2. Introduced the Major Appliances and Air Conditioners
3. Change the perception of NIKAI and NIKURA Brands from a small Appliances Brand into a Major Appliances Brand
4 .Tie up with Major White Goods Manufacturers for supply of Large Appliances
5.Forge tie up with Modern Retail Chains and improve visibility
6. Develop Institutional Business and win contracts for long term supplies and AMCs
As the Head of the State Operation , I was responsible for
1. Meeting the Budget Profitability
2. Handle all Governmental Relationships, Banking, Legal and Tax matters
3. Guide, motivate and complement the field team to achieve the Business Objectives
4. Negotiate with the Subcontractors and keep the cost under control
5. Attend techno-commercial discussions with Clients and clinch the deals
6. Attend Site issues and resolve conflicts
7. MIS preparation and reporting to the President

1. Ensure trouble free running of the Power Plant
2. Carry out planned as well as Emergency Maintenances
3. Help the operators incase of any technical snag
4. Program overhauling in line with the Load Dispatch Team's Requirements
