• Project: Etihad Airways – Financial Planning & Analysis

Worked on a complex FP&A engagement, delivering end-to-end implementation of budgeting and forecasting processes for the finance core team. Key functional areas included Fuel Burn, Cargo Handling & Revenue, Airport Charges, Landing & Parking, CAPEX, Aircraft Ownership, and Aviation Insurance.

Designed and developed interactive dashboards to enable stakeholders to perform detailed variance analysis and support data-driven decision-making. Leveraged management reporting to provide comprehensive visibility into cost, revenue, and profitability metrics.

The solution incorporated critical aviation operational elements such as Flight Orders, Overflying & Navigation, and other commercial flight components, ensuring accurate financial planning and performance tracking across business segments.

• Project 1: Xceedance Consulting India Pvt. Ltd. (FP&A)

Worked on an end-to-end implementation of a 10-year budget planning model for AI-driven insurance consulting services. Supported multiple FP&A areas, including Business Units, SLAs, and Verticals, enabling effective handling of intercompany eliminations and consolidation.

Designed and delivered financial statements (Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and P&L) at both vertical and global parent company levels.
Leveraged Anaplan Connect to integrate data from Oracle NetSuite into the Anaplan Data Hub, ensuring seamless and automated reporting.

• Project 2: Edotco Group Sdn Bhd (FP&A)

Delivered an end-to-end FP&A solution for a leading telecommunications tower and colocation services provider. Implemented a 5-year business planning model with a structured manual workflow to facilitate stakeholders in creating, reviewing, and approving business cases across multiple countries and organizational levels.

Enabled governance by defining multi-level approval hierarchies for different regions and business units.
Utilized Anaplan CloudWorks with AWS S3 for robust data integration, incorporating master data, trial balance, FX rate fluctuations (weekly), and cash flow journals.

• Project 3: Mattel Inc. (Supply Chain Management)

Acted as a Lead Model Builder for supply chain models, driving continuous enhancements to support SOX audit compliance and operational efficiency. Managed multiple models across regional workspaces, including Global, EMEA, APAC, and North America.

Handled complex integrations using Anaplan CloudWorks, enabling data flow from Google BigQuery (GBQ) into centralized Data Hubs and downstream spoke models across regions.

• Managed enterprise solution strategies for both rural and urban manufacturing businesses, while conducting thorough stock audits, ensuring accurate inventory management and financial oversight.
• Assessed property values for collateral security purposes, contributing to risk management and loan security.

• Worked as an article associate and responsible for handling bookkeeping and final account preparation of various clients along with working in tally ERPS along with fulfilling various tax compliance requirements of clients with GST filing for various service providing businesses.
