· Initiating contact with customers for developing leads, sales &cross selling credit cards.

· Proactively involved in customer interaction daily for enhancing relations and in turn increasing sales.

· Analyze applicants’ financial status, credit score to determine feasibility of granting loans.

· Check loan agreements to ensure that they are complete and accurate according to policies.

· Contact applicants or creditors to resolve questions about applications or to assist with completion of paperwork.

· Help customers to prepare required documents for sanctioning & disbursement.

· Handling daily operations for transport goods of our clients.

· Generating E-tokens for import and Export shipments.

· Tracking the drivers and updating clients about their shipments.

· Supporting drivers by contacting port authorities if they are delayed in getting shipments.

· Arranging drivers port passes Daily, Monthly and Annually.

· Creating inspection and bookings for shipment subject to custom clearance.

· Arranging truck accordingly the shipments as if it is LCL or containers cargo.

· Vehicles Management.
