• Oversee a wide range of substation civil maintenance works, including plinth level raising/lowering, waterproofing, plaster repair, crack rectification, reinforcement strengthening, and installation of mechanical sealants in cable trench openings.

• Manage civil modification works associated with equipment uprating and substation enhancement projects.

• Provide civil engineering support to emergency maintenance and operations teams for urgent equipment-related requirements.

• Review and assess NOC requests for construction activities in proximity to substations, ensuring protection of electrical infrastructure.

• Resolve access-related challenges affecting substation maintenance and operational activities.

• Develop project scopes, identify qualified contractors and vendors, and manage procurement activities for substation renovation and refurbishment projects.

• Coordinate with government entities and external stakeholders to address constraints and facilitate substation-related activities.

• Deliver civil engineering support for strategic projects, including Unreliable RMU Replacement and Distribution Automation (DA) initiatives.
