Conduct routine inspections of construction sites to ensure compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Identify potential hazards and unsafe practices; recommend and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
Support the implementation of risk assessments (HIRA), job safety analysis (JSA), and safe work method statements (SWMS).
Monitor high-risk activities such as working at height, hot work, lifting operations, excavation, and confined space entry.
Verify proper use and maintenance of personal protective equipment (PPE), tools, scaffolding, and safety equipment.
Participate in incident and near-miss investigations, assist in root cause analysis, and prepare documentation and reports.
Conduct daily toolbox talks, safety briefings, and awareness sessions for workers and subcontractors.
Ensure safety signs, barriers, and emergency response equipment are in place and operational.
• Maintain up-to-date inspection checklists, safety records, and HSE documentation for audits and reporting.
• Coordinate with site supervisors, safety officers, and project engineers to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
