• I have also assisted in raising private equity funding and have further liaised with legal counsels in various jurisdictions to understand the local laws in order to meet client requirements.

Transaction Advisory and Private Equity Transactions:

• Assisted a listed company in NASDAQ Helsinki Stock Exchange in raising and closing equity investments of EUR 5 million.
• Assisted in the sale of solar power plant in Pocatello, Idaho which manufactured photovoltaic solar cells.
• Played a key role in assisting a listed company in NASDAQ Helsinki Stock Exchange in acquiring the assets of an AIML company based in Austin, Texas worth EUR 6 million.
• Played a key role in designing and launching a CCD scheme to raise funding of EUR 50 million for a listed company in the NASDAQ Helsinki Stock Exchange.
• Led a corporate restructuring exercise in Argentina wherein the employees and assets of the local entity were restructured to the Dubai entity of the Group companies.

General Corporate:

• Vetted and identified risk exposure under various tender documents issued by private and government entities globally and responded to terms & conditions under tender documents.
• Successfully negotiated and assisted in closing contracts with favorable terms and conditions under tender documents.
• Drafted and vetted various commercial agreements/notices/letters/memos, including but not limited License Agreements, SaaS Agreements, Master Service Agreements, Work-for-Hire Agreements, Joint Venture Agreements, Teaming Agreements, Software Development Agreements, Asset Purchase Agreements, Share Subscription Agreement, Share Purchase Agreements, Employment Agreements, Consulting Agreements.
• Acquired significant contract negotiations skills to protect the legal and commercial interests of the client and reach a stage wherein performance of the contract is beneficial for all parties resulting in low chances of disputes in the future.
• Familiarized and gained knowledge and experience with the labor laws of various jurisdictions, including but not limited to India, United Arab Emirates, Finland, Argentina, Nigerian and Rwanda.
