Create -from scratch- an in-house developed CRM solution to support launching new prepaid line service as Prepaid Management System (PPMS) that managing day to day activities for all BUs, and interfacing Siemens IN platform to support all IN services and change requests saving millions of dollars.
Delivered PPMS (Prepaid Management System) application on-time within 6 months from project initiation, less than the initial plan and with the minimum budget, providing features that are exceeded expectations. PPMS use Java, J2EE and Oracle back-end. PPMS covered all business areas starting from SIM and voucher inventory management, provisioning (activation, reactivation, and SIM change), point of sale, call center customer care, dealer and sub-dealer management, and an integrated data warehouse for all call tickets and voucher recharges
PPMS incorporated high impact productivity boosters such as innovative use of barcode technology and a built-in report scheduling and delivery mechanism over the Intranet that fully automated daily reports delivery to customer service, sales, finance, logistics and marketing departments.
PPMS saved company over 2 million dollars compared to the price of alternative third party software.
