• End to end project and service delivery management, on current and new IT systems like: (Siebel, BSCS, HPSA, IN, Net Cracker, DOC1, Stream Serv, ERP, EDMS, PGW, Power Bill, CLMS, SMS GW… ETC.
• Own and manage the delivery of the demands generated from the Business Units (BU).
• Play the role of a Single Point Of Contact (SPOC) from IT to all BUs and third party in a specific domain, e.g., Mobility Products, Fixed Line Products, Portals, Customer Care, Sales, Technology etc.
• Owning all demand under the specific business domain and ensuring the demand is defined, rationalized, prioritized, categorized, assessed, and approved until synchronized into the Delivery cycle (requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and delivered into Production).
• The first entry for all business demand to IT Department. and shall continue to be the owner of the demand and the SPOC to all BUs until demand is fulfilled.
• Managing outsourcing team internationally to deliver projects, services and change request, to ensure on-time delivery with the expected quality.
• Transforming demands from requirements phase into defined and agreed IT deliverables that meet the original demand constraints including; requirements, business rules and logic, branding and corporate image directives, as well as the company delivery capacity and capabilities.
• Control all deliveries that should go to production, thought through the SDLC and PLM & Release Management and CAB processes.
• Insure following the development process before going to production by check the test scenario, test result, development documents and business validation.
• Provide the needed reports to my management about all deliveries (new development or fixes).
• Ongoing enhancement on the development and delivery process.
• Monitor the development KPIs.
• Suggest new approach and mitigate in case any risk on the plan.
• Very good command on Jira to manage Agile projects and delivery.

• Architect designer for all prepaid services on Oracle IN (Intelligent Network), MPOS (Mobile point of Sales) and VoMS eServ Global (Voucher Management system):
• Analyze, understand business requirements.
• Provide the design architect to development team.
• End to end project management from initiation till implementation (gathering requirements, design, TQC, BRM, regression and deployment).
• Support business post deployment issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Negotiate vendor design, quotation and project plan.
• Provide weekly report to Steerco and top management about the delivery status.
• Suggest new approach and mitigate in case any risk on the plan.

• End to end project, service management for all new prepaid project / services and supplier transitions.
• Support commercial to design, develop and implement new services & projects.
• Propose and provide new services ideas and solutions.
• Support, enhance and automate all business requirements from all Syria-tel departments.
• Provide a weekly report to all Syria-tel management.
• Focal point for all Syria-tel departments to ensure no conflict between all departments change requests.

Achievements:

• Create -from scratch- an in-house developed CRM solution to support launching new prepaid line service as Prepaid Management System (PPMS) that managing day to day activities for all BUs, and interfacing Siemens IN platform to support all IN services and change requests saving millions of dollars.
• Delivered PPMS (Prepaid Management System) application on-time within 6 months from project initiation, less than the initial plan and with the minimum budget, providing features that are exceeded expectations. PPMS use Java, J2EE and Oracle back-end. PPMS covered all business areas starting from SIM and voucher inventory management, provisioning (activation, reactivation, and SIM change), point of sale, call center customer care, dealer and sub-dealer management, and an integrated data warehouse for all call tickets and voucher recharges
• PPMS incorporated high impact productivity boosters such as innovative use of barcode technology and a built-in report scheduling and delivery mechanism over the Intranet that fully automated daily reports delivery to customer service, sales, finance, logistics and marketing departments.
• PPMS saved company over 2 million dollars compared to the price of alternative third party software.

• Company focusing on developing innovative Solutions for the global securities markets exchange, specialist in Fund Administration and Securities Processing promoting International Market Standard Practices.
• Project Manager and Senior Developer:
• Development for individual models in “MEGARA” product the comprehensive solution for stock market exchange purchasing transactions and project managements some modules:
• Analyze, understand service requirements provided by Banks, Financial and Stocks companies.
• Provide the design architect and develop the services.
• End to end management till implementation (testing, UAT, regression and deployment).
• Support business post deployment issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

• BBVA & BSCH Banks in Spain: developed in Spain Madrid, two huge models (Fixed income, Custodian) had been delivered to both banks, using PL/ SQL, VB6, COM+.
• Taiwan Taipei project, developed in Tunis, developing the Clearing Module, PL/ SQL, VB6, COM+.
• Morocco E-Banking Project: Products developed with java web application, buy and sell online.
• Tunisian Banks, small modules were developed with C++, Visual Basic6 and Java, and using Corba as middle ware.
• SG Paris bank: program to manage the Stock Lending process, with java web application.
