• Monitor all IP network elements and multi-vendor access, distribution and core layer devices.
• Act as first and second level of support for the Fault & problem Management process to operate in a proactive manner for all du Transport Network that is hosting/carrying du different systems/services.
• Ensure monitoring and analysis of all network environment’s alarms and take the proactive action.
• Investigating alarms of latency and high utilization of links or devices.
• Network Monitoring using tools e.g., Net boss, Kiwicat, PRTG, Watch4Net, Syslog server.
• Coordination with Fields maintenance Teams (Fiber, Data, EM).
• Follow the operations process in sending the management notifications and updates during the incidents.

• Coordination with multi vendors (Cisco, Nokia, Huawei and Arista).

• Manage multi-vendor access, distribution and core layer devices such as Cisco, Nokia,, Huawei and ARISTA.

• Integration and troubleshooting of mobile 2G, 3G, LTE and 5G services.

• Manage and support GPON setups which included Huawei and Nokia.

• Basic troubleshooting of customer’s network related issues. Logging trouble tickets and coordinating with internal teams to resolve customer’s reported issues.
• Manage day to day managed service operations (Fixed, Cloud & Mobile), with focus on Network fault Management, service levels, notification and escalation management to the operations team.
• Responsible for the exchange of business communication between global partners, customers and internal stake holders.

• Working in a team of members for customer trouble tickets to achieve agreed SLAs on daily basis.
• Ensuring 24 x 7 support to Enterprise customers for all fixed voice related issues. Responsible for resolving trouble tickets of enterprise customers.
• Assisting PABX maintainers (AVAYA, CISCO, PANASONIC) for Voice related issue.
• Troubleshooting Cisco IP Phone related complaints for the Enterprise customers using Cisco Call Manager and BVSM.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot PRI, BRI Analog lines, trunk lines and all voice features which are configured in EWSD (Siemens Switch and Nortel

• Activation of fixed voice service for the enterprise customers.
• Activation of Analog, FAX, Point of Sale, MLH & DNH Lines in Marconi Soft switch, BTS Soft switch, EWSD & Nortel Soft switch.
• Activation of ISDN PRI / BRI Lines in EWSD.
• Activation of Cisco IP Phones in Cisco Call manager 3.3 & NEVOTEK.
