Job Responsibilities
- To ensure the company's Health and Safety Policy is implemented consistently across the organization.
- Preparing HSE procedures and plan.
- To monitoring, evaluate and review Health and Safety policy and practice, make recommendations and implement new policies and procedures
- Reviewing Method Statement and Preparing Risk Assessment
- Attend the Client and Consultant HSE Meetings
- Preparing HSE training matrix as required for Employees.
- To assist in the identification of training needs (regarding EHS policy, Safe work procedures, PTW, Emergency Response, Near miss, Investigation report, First aid, Fire Fighting, Legislation, Environmental, etc.,) for company's staff / sub-contractor's supervisory staff, develop and deliver training as required.
- Conducting induction sessions for company employees and sub-contractors.
- Conducting mock drills on regular basis.
- To advise the Board and senior management team on the implication of current and emerging health, safety and welfare legislation, including evaluating options, making recommendations and generating actions plans to ensure compliance across the organization.

- Conducting regular HSE inspections of man, machines, materials, method of work, first aid facility etc., as per the monthly activity plans.
- In case of major incident /minor incident, dangerous occurrence and near misses, conducting investigation by including members from safety committee, preparing report and circulating to all concerned and provide actions /remedial measure for future.
- Increasing Safety Awareness among the employees and workmen by conducting HSE motivational programs and distributing safety man awards.
- Preparing monthly HSE report containing all aspects related to HSE and submitting it to clients.Conducting regular site inspections to ensure proper implementation of safe working procedures.
