- Manage daily operational tasks including scheduling, reporting, and office administration.
- Prepare and distribute daily/weekly/monthly reports to management.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless workflow and compliance with procedures.
- Monitor usage and maintain office supplies inventory.
- Arranging prices from suppliers and Prepare Quotations, Submission, follow up for LPO's, Prepare Material Request & generating work completion reports for the completed tasks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities, including work orders, invoices and project records.
- Following up with clients for invoice submissions and Payments.
- Communicate professionally with clients and vendors to coordinate contract renewals and address service-related concerns via email and phone.
- Act as the primary point of contact for property owners, Facilities Companies & Vendors regarding any issues & request.
- Ensure that all required ADCD AMC Attestation contract renewal on timely basis.
- Work permit preparations.
- Preparing attendance sheet and Daily Timesheet.
- Maintaining Employee Records in both hard and soft copies.
- Overseeing new employee onboarding and training.
- Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
- Assist with employee performance reviews.
