• Tilal Al Furjan Project - Dubai: Lead architect/Design manager, successfully delivered a two phases project, total of 481 villas/Townhouses of 11 types + service buildings, starting from Schematic, Detail Design, Tender till IFC stage and including Authority submissions & approvals in one year only.
• Park Hyatt Hotel - KSA: Senior Architect, lead all design development drawings & coordination with all disciplines for the biggest Cluster.
• Samhan Heritage Hotel - KSA: Senior Architect, QAQC for whole project at IFC stage. Lead Architect starting from latest IFC to Construction stage (on going).
• Amaala Staff Project - KSA: Responsible for QAQC at schematic to Detail Design stage.
• Palm Jabal Ali & Al Jurf Projects: Senior Architect, QAQC for the Architecture packages at Detail Design Stage.

• The Bridges Project - Phase 1&2 (6 residential Towers (26 floors each) + 2 Retails + Landscape) - Al Reem Island:
• Responsible for all shop Drawings Related to Architecture/ Interior
• Design/Signage/Façade/Landscape /MEP shop drawings review & approval before submission and As-Built Drawings
• Responsible for coordinating with Landscape design /Shop drawings.

• Responsible for shop drawings related to Architecture /Interior Design /Signage/façade /Coordination between Architecture & MEP and As-Built Drawings.
