Currently responsible for the entire procurement portfolio within UAE, entailing both technical services (i.e. MEP/ civil works, HVAC) and non-technical services (i.e. uniforms, cleaning machines & consumables, pantry/ stationery) verticals. Main responsibilities include:

• Managing team of 6 procurement professionals, fostering collaboration and teamwork to achieve organizational goals.
• Developing strong relationships with key suppliers, resulting in improved communication, better pricing, and reliable delivery schedules.
• Communicating regularly with suppliers to uphold accountability for quality standards and timely delivery of goods/ services.
• Collaborating with Operations and Bids teams to understand departmental needs, developing tailored procurement solutions that meet their requirements.

• Driving continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement function by identifying areas for optimization and proposing actionable recommendations.
• Reducing procurement costs by implementing strategic sourcing initiatives and negotiating favorable contracts with suppliers.
• Overseeing the supplier evaluations process to ensure vendors are retained/ tiered based on quality, price, reliability, and commitment to sustainability initiatives.
• Actively involved in the selection and implementation of GEP Smart, an end-to-end AI-powered unified S2P procurement software.

Worked on 2 Global 360 accounts, involving a managed services engagement for Mondelez Business Services (MBS) and a compliance audit engagement for Microsoft. Also, worked on a customer receivables optimization engagement for Dainik Jagran.

• Main job responsibilities on Mondelez centered around end-to-end contract lifecycle management (CLM) and third party relationship management (TPRM)
• Main job responsibilities on Microsoft included ensuring end-to-end policy compliance for public sector education initiatives through management of purchase orders, invoicing and proof of execution.
• Main job responsibilities on India's leading newspaper publishing house, Dainik Jagran, were centered around managing the client's customer relationships with the primary objective of streamlining and optimizing the accounts receivables function.

Managed projects within sales/ supply chain function with focus on identifying, analysing and managing customer requirements to provide appropriate design/ system solutions. Main job responsibilities included the following.

• liaising with local and overseas customers to understand their EHT requirements
• designing of EHT systems through the use of software with consequent proposal submission and order processing
• end-to-end project execution involving material delivery tracking and on-site installation and troubleshooting

End-to-end project management for various IT related applications for transaction processing within the APAC region.

• liaising and coordinating with Citibank affiliated vendors for development of application software
