- Involved in tender settlement meetings with the estimation teams and provide contract risk assessment.

Maximized profits on completed projects by minimum 5-10% from the initial forecast. Managed a team of 5 quantity surveyors. Implemented RICS standard guideline within the company to manage projects while overseeing all traditional responsibilities of a quantity surveyor.
