- Configuration and management of Cisco Wireless AP's at Head office
- Configuration of Cisco webex DX80, Room Kit Mini, SX10, SX20 and Deskpro video conference devices
- ServiceNow ticket handling related to Network, IP Telephony, Wi-Fi (Internet and Corporate) & Video conference (Cisco VC)
- Monitor LAN performance and ensure system availability and reliability
- Perform network maintenance, software upgrades
- Network monitoring tool administration and KPI reports
- New office network structured cabling design, procure and implement
- End user assistance for Wi-Fi, IP Telephony & Video Conference
- Troubleshooting of Fiber & Ethernet LAN network inside rigs
- Remotely analyzed and diagnosed complex network faults for all end-users, recommending and implementing corrective measures.
