Responsibilities:

• Plan, monitor, coordinate and check maintenance activities and procedures together with line Maintenance Planner and Maintenance Manager.
• Monitor electricity and utilities consumption and take necessary measures to reduce consumption in assistance with Maintenance Manager
• Define and control training and appraisals for Electrical and instrumentation Technicians.
• Supervise, control and report on the safety of the installation.
• Plan and coordinate outside contacts on local electric supply.

• Maintenance Of Under Ground Copper Cables& Optical Fiber.
• Depute Teams For Removing Faults In Under Ground Cables & Optical Fiber.
• Manage Planning Of New Network Optical Fiber & Copper Cables (Laying Underground & Over Head).
• Planning Of Replacement Of Optical Fiber & Copper Cables (Over Head And Underground Cables)
• Manage Maintenance Of Generators Installs At ONU’s At The Time Of Power Shut Down.
• Manage To Depute Teams Of Generator Installations At Different Site.

Machines Handled: JS Corrugator, JS Flexo Printer, JS FFG

Responsibilities:

• Plan, monitor, coordinate and check maintenance activities and procedures together with line Maintenance Planner and Maintenance Manager.
• Monitor electricity and utilities consumption and take necessary measures to reduce consumption in assistance with Maintenance Manager.
• Plan and coordinate outside contacts on local electric supply.
• Recommend improvements in enhancing overall efficiency.
• Diagnosing and rectifying electrical faults, minimizing downtime and optimizing system performance.
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules for electrical equipment.

Machines Handled : BHS Corrugator, HSIE HSU Corrugator LIANTEE FFG, EMBA FFG, MOSCA Strapping and Insun Stitching.

Responsibilties:

• Planning, Performing & Monitoring of Corrective/Preventive maintenance activities.
• Respond to machine breakdowns immediately.
• Monitoring and estimation of Utility consumption.
• Ensure that all operation logs/checklists are filled and maintained by maintenance team.
• Diagnosed and rectified electrical faults, minimizing downtime and optimizing system performance.
• Responsible for making duty roster, controlling overtime of team and manpower utilization.
• Responsible for raising PR's, Posting of Work orders and its closure in the system.
• Monitor and track stock levels of Electrical & Mechanical spares.
• Suggest improvements, modifications and up gradation in existing operations.
• Project Installation of TE conveyor and Commissioning Set The Parameter of Siemens Sinamics v20 Invertors.
• Monitor The WAPDA Meter Reading on Daily Basis and analysis KWh.
• Hiring and negotiating with external vendors on all service contract agreements.
• Documenting all pending and completed word and maintaining file.
