• Design the master plan for the three districts of Najdi
• Demonstrated commitment in resolving MEP, road design and DGDA-related challenges during the Najdi project's concept and schematic design phases, which aided in the development of a successful master plan
• Calculated the total area of all the units and implemented changes in the master plan to meet the DGDA brief.
• Participated greatly in the schematic design stage of the Najdi project by providing accurate typical details that ensured efficient execution.
• Contributed significantly to the tender design and IFC (Issued for Construction) stage of Serenia Living by coordinating effectively with Interior Design and MEP teams, utilizing advanced BIM software for a streamlined and collaborative project development process.
• Review the MEP drawings and ID drawing, suggest the necessary changes to the subconsultant, and decide the ceiling heights based on that.
• Using BIM created detailed wall sections for Towers, ensuring accurate construction element representation.
• Produced and submitted Serenia Living's Nakheel and Trakhees drawings, which aided in the authority filing process.
• Calculated the BUA and GFA of the towers and prepared the drawings based on the sustainability requirement.
• Handled the architectural process for the Fairmont Hotel, Villas, and Residential Unit of Soma Bay from schematic design to tender stage, handling each phase of design and coordinating services.
• Prepare the scheduling of doors and windows by coordinating with FLS, Hardware, security, acoustics, etc.
• Update the changes in the plan at each stage by considering the feasibility aspects.
