• Coaching and mentoring of junior colleagues (Associates / Senior Associates)
• Simultaneous management of several audit projects
• Improving effectiveness and efficiency of audit projects by reducing number of hours spent on the projects’ execution
• Risk assessment and analysis of factors that could potentially have an impact on the Clients’ financial position and financial statements
• Auditing of all basic financial statements’ line items applicable for Balance sheet (Cash and Cash equivalents, Accounts receivable / Accounts payable, Inventory, Notes receivable / payable) as well as for PL (Revenue, Cost of sales, General and administration / Selling and marketing expenses, Interests receivable / payable, other income / expense, Income tax expense)
• Auditing of other forms of financial statements applicable for RSA (Russian Statutory accounting) as well as for IFRS (Statement of changes in equity, Statement of cash flows, Notes to the balance sheet and statement of financial results)
• Knowledge of ISA (International standards of audit), RSA, IFRS, Russian tax legislation, Russian law legislation
• Auditing of transformation files (from RSA to IFRS), prepared by the Clients’ specialists
• Auditing of management’s financial statements of the Group of Companies (including adjustments related to the consolidation process)
• Internal control system’s analysis, finding exceptions and optimization of the Clients’ control procedures
• Communication and cooperation with the Clients’ Internal auditors
• Experience in different accounting systems such as 1C, SAP, Navision; auditing of data migration (e.g., from 1C to SAP, form SUN to SAP, from SAP to SAP)
