Specific responsibilities include:

• Ensuring that the project is managed in a safe manner and meets the requirements of the project documentation.
• Ensuring all measuring and test equipment on site is properly calibrated.
• Reviewing and ensuring that all drawings and material submittals are presented to the appropriate bodies with adequate supporting information.
• Preparation of the ITPs & Method of Statements prior to the project.
• Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers and stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned and progressing smoothly.
• Responsible for the safe execution of work, Quality of work, Site safety requirement and carrying out the work accordingly to the design, approved drawings and procedures.
• Responsible on behalf of the contractor to coordinate, check and follow up the work with relevant parties and ensure the proper sequence of activities are followed to achieve target completion time.
• Responsible for preparing work-packages, performing field engineering and prepare the Red Line Mark-up for any changes from the approved IFC package/ Drawings.
• Ensure Quality of work is carried out in accordance with the requirement of project specification and approved ITP.
• Ensure that necessary RFI for inspection and testing are processed and send to ADNOC Engineer for notification.
• Ensure that the material being used is in accordance with project specification and approved by the ADNOC.
• Update the RFI Register and other QC registers such as NCR, Punch list, Quality Observation, Quality tool box & Red line mark-up registers.
