• Perform the assigned jobs as per the risk assessment and comply to the Vopak HSE Procedures.
• Perform scheduled predicative preventative and proactive maintenance on plant equipment as per approved Procedures / Work Instructions to ensure proper operating conditions of Company assets and adherence to international standards.
• Perform troubleshooting and corrective maintenance on all type of equipments independently with minimal supervision.
• Perform time writing in CMMS for all activities performed.
• Technical feedback in the CMMS notification for the job performed.
• Observe status of equipment during routine inspections activities for abnormalities and report any defects to relevant Line.
• Assist/Conduct major / minor repairs on critical equipment shutdown and maintain data log of jobs
• Propose improvement ideas to improve HSE, Maintenance program and Reliability of the equipments
• Support commissioning and pre-commissioning activities for new projects
• Support plant operation during emergency, shutdown, silent hours, and plant start-up.
• Participate in condition monitoring checks on machinery and notifies any malfunctions or defects to the immediate manager.
• Conduct new installations, modification, and testing of equipment through various stages as per plan
• Conduct new installations, modification, and testing of equipment through various stages as per plan and in line with technical instructions and checks adherence to all parameters before handing over of equipment to Operations
• Troubleshoot, identify, and isolate faulty components, on Rotating, and Static equipment, using manufacturers; manuals, drawings, and diagrams
• Perform troubleshooting and shutdown maintenance repair and overhaul on all rotating and static equipment like pumps tanks pipelines, Marine structures, Marine loading arms and SPM
• Coordinate with storekeeper to operate and maintain the mechanical workshop by providing the necessary lubrication of the equipment, checking the gauges, maintaining the equipment and tools in good conditions as per OEMs.
• Maintain the necessary housekeeping in the Workplace.
• Comply with all HSE and fire related rules and regulations and
  observes all requirements stringently,
• Identify spare parts required for maintenance work, from manufacturers :drawings and spare parts lists.

Terminal Operator:

• Carry out assigned Operational work safely to assigned standards in line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• Carry out routine checks on equipment for abnormalities to report defects noted in equipment and coordinate with the reporting
  supervisor to arrange for servicing.
• Adjust and monitor the alternations of speeds,temperatures, pressures and flow rates as necessary to ensure that shutdown and start-up operations are effectively performed
• Prepare the plant / equipment for maintenance to ensure accurate and proper functioning and in synchronization with other equipment and plant.
• Receive chemicals, maintain the stock/consumption register and prepare chemical batches required for the process ensuring adherence to procedures and while following all HSE procedures and rules.
• Operate related machinery , equipment safely and efficiently as per Company standards and instructions.
• Ensure compliance to all relevant safety, quality and environmental
  management policies, procedures and controls to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude.
• Obtain work permits, follow up on-going jobs and monitor Contractors activities ensuring adherence to safety regulations and procedures
• Carry out duties as Auxiliary Fireman or Site Safety Officer as and when required during emergencies, as per the Facility Response Plan
• Communicate and follow instructions of the Supervisor to carry out duties efficiently and safely.
• Prepare various key Performance Indicator commitment checklists for management perusal

Jetty Loading Master:

• Reviewing the scope of work, client requirement, objective to fulfil the project effectively
• Coordinating with Port of Fujairah engineering for scope approval
• Coordinating with engineering, contractors and other cross functional teams for various jobs within the site
• Attending kickoff meetings with Port Of Fujairah
• Implementing measures for smooth and safe running of site
• Identifying major activities to be done and sequencing the work as per priority and schedule
• Conducting kick off meetings with the subcontractors
