NATURE OF WORK:
- Regular housekeeping to keep the area and equipment clean to ensure safe work environment according to HSE policies, procedures & controls
- Disc filters and drum filters re clothing and sectors replacement,
- Launder gates bring online and offline
- Responsible for Filtrate tanks solid sampling daily
- Prepare Air and water hose pipes and placed them at every utility point for operation
- Opened and closed valves, starting/stopping pumps, compressors and Blowers
- Air sparge installation and removal
- Identify and report equipment or system that requires maintenance works
- Attend monthly safety meetings and adhere to all safety regulations
- Carry out assigned operation work safely according to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)
- Participate in tool box talk and safe start discussion every morning before shift start.
