Role And Responsibility

• Assist the Project Management Team in implementing engineering strategies and frameworks for designated projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Oversee materials, plant, and labor within allocated budgets, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective delivery of services.
• Verify systems, design data, procedures, and quality standards, ensuring clear communication across teams.
• Monitor worksite quality, safety, health, and environmental compliance, adhering to contractual/risk assessments and QA/QC protocols.

• Maintain daily records (DPR), progress photos, and reports, ensuring accessibility for inspections. Submit monthly BOQ-based progress reports (machinery, material, manpower) to Cost Control.
• Review IFC, shop, and design drawings; distribute to junior engineers/supervisors; resolve technical discrepancies.
• Submit and track Inspection Requests (IRs), enforce Method Statements (MST), and Inspection Test Plans (ITP). Verify Material Test Certificates (MTC) with QC.
• Provide technical guidance to subcontractors/supervisors; ensure interdisciplinary coordination.
• Manage submittals, plans, specifications, and shop drawings, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
• Identify site technical issues, propose design solutions, and liaise with design departments for approvals.
• Collaborate with the Planning Department to ensure on-schedule progress and mitigate delays.
• Support final inspections, documentation handover, and compliance sign-offs.
• Report performance metrics to senior project teams and assist estimators/management as needed.
