Logistics Associate are majorly responsible for overseeing the shipment and delivery of goods and warehouse personnel. They mainly work in warehouse settings for retailers and wholesalers. Their job description involves managing the loading of trucks, setting up delivery routes, and unloading of materials.

The Camp Boss is responsible for running and supervising the worker's accommodation. The Worker's Accommodation shall be located outside or inside the city. The Camp Boss shall look after all camp aspects in term of customer service, maintenance, operations and financial. Ability to raise reports to manager.

Transferring the cargo of the flights from bays to cargo storage areas by using the (PDA)

Segregation of the cargo lines .

Making sure the perishable cargo should be on destination on time.

Transfer the cargo to the bays for the flights on time with following LSR rules (LIFE SAVING RULES.

Driving safely by using the SMILE RULE inside the airport.

Job Responsibilities

Roles & responsibilities encompassed with the following:

- Provide customer service, access control, and interacts with residential staffs, visitors, and contractors to provide them with information to address inquiries. Deal with and help resolve any Staff complaints

- Reporting Accommodation Manager of any HSE and security matters:

- Conducting Room Inspections.

- Check-In and Check-Out of staffs apartments inventories.

- Supervising Maintenance team/Sub-contractors team work safety and securely.

- Making sure in the event of any incident/ accident on duty shall follow the incident and accident reporting and investigation procedure as per company.

- Making ensure that any evidence / statement in relation to the incident/ accident are kept for the submission.

- Reporting incidents accidents to Accommodation Manager.

- Writing daily report to accommodation manager.

- Ensuring that conduct and discipline within the company accommodation complies with both Company accommodation policy and UAE law.

- When dealing with residents, ensuring that matters are handled confidentially and sensitively as appropriate. The aim is to resolve any issue or complaint with minimal disruption.

Key Management

- Making ensure that any replacement key's are issued to the staff's members

and spare key's are held in the key cabinets for safe keeping

Making ensure that all absolute key's are collected and disposed off aptly.

Making ensure that health and safety practices are observed by the

maintenance company during any work taking place.
