Managing of engineering construction projects involving Marine , industrial & Infrastructure Civil and Electromechanical/ MEP works (Airports, Aluminium production plants , RO plants , waste water treatment plants , Sewage treatment plants, power plants ,Oil & Gas projects, Substations, Theme Parks telephone exchange , factories , ware houses Ships/Rigs etc.).

Managing Solar Energy (PV) /LED lighting projects & other Energy saving Projects like conversion of Soft starters to VFDs.

Handling (from tendering phase till final handing over) of Solar Project including Planning, Designing, Coordination with DEWA/Authorities, Project/Site/Contract Management and final handing over. Knowledgeable on PV panels, Invertors, Combiner Boxes, Switchgears, Monitoring Systems, Installation supports etc. forming part of Solar System.

Handling Automation projects.

Handling quantity surveying, QHSE, Estimation, Project invoicing, Project costing, value engineering and identifications of Variation works.

Handling procurement / subcontract administration and negotiations.

Knowledgeable in FIDIC and handling all contractual aspects of projects including contractual correspondences, VO/EOT Claims, Insurances, Guarantees, Reconciliation, Dispute Resolution, Project close out etc.

Managing of facility management /Annual maintenance contracts and MV/LV Switchgear retrofit contracts.

Managing Substation Maintenance contracts. Preparing maintenance/ repair schedules, resource management, Training of staff and coordination with the client.

Experienced in ERP environment.

Client coordination, supervising the Project Managers and overall management of the company affairs incl. tendering/ contracts/ accounts/ procurement / recruitment etc.

Well experienced in independent handling of a business unit. Ensure that the division attains to the set goals of the Management in the given time frame..

• Contracts Administration of MEP Projects and Infrastructure segments detailed below:
• Responsible for all contract management related work for pre/post award stages of a project (both Client side and Subcontractor/Supplier side)
• Review and advise the Tendering Dept on Techno-commercial matters during Tendering phase
• Disseminate Contractual requirements to team members such that everyone is aware of the Contractual baseline requirements (e.g.) Limitation period in the contract to put the client on notice for changes, limitation period with respect to reimbursable invoices, changes in law clauses, tax and customs duty requirements etc.)
• Review all project correspondence including “Letters to and from Client”, “Letters to and from Vendors and Subcontractors”, Technical Query (TQ) Log, Site Query (SQ) Log, Supplier Concession Requests (SCR) log, Revision Order log etc
• With a view to identifying contractual issues and external changes
• Evaluate cost and schedule impact of all individual external changes and the cumulative impact of all these changes
• Ensure that the external changes are taken up with the Client on a timely basis
• Review/submit Variations/ Claims and ensure to get adequately compensated for the same in a timely manner
• Ensure that the external changes (back-charges) are taken up with the Vendor and Subcontractors on a timely basis
• Ensure to get adequately compensated for the same in a timely manner
• Monitor key dates against dates defined in the main contract and any subcontracts and advice Project Controls Manager / Project Manager / Project Director of the implications of delays, if any
• Ensure that notices and certificates are issued and received in accordance with the Main contract and Subcontracts
• Negotiations with Subcontractors, Suppliers
• Ensure that the letters and notices from the client/vendors/subcontractors are appropriately replied to
• Ensure that contract requirements with respect to approvals of vendors/subcontractors, providing bank/parent company guarantees and insurances are adhered to
• Ensure that back-to-back guarantees, warranties and insurances are obtained from vendors and subcontractors and are kept up-to date
• Provide input to the insurance dept
• On an ongoing basis and ensure that the appropriate insurances are in place
• Participate in dispute resolution
• Liaise with the Project Manager/Project Director, & Client for contract close out and obtaining defects liability certificate and retention money.,

• Contracts Administration of Oil & Gas and Infrastructure Projects for Aviation, Chilled Water , details as mentioned during the tenure with Al Shafar United.

• Experience details as in the tenure with Bin Ghalid from June 2020 - Sept 2023.

• Design & estimation of LV Switchgear for Oman/UAE/Qatar markets

• Design, Implementation and Commissioning of Protection System for State Electricity Boards and Indian Railways.

• Maintenance and Operation of 110KV Substation equipments.
