Problem-Solving
Maintain the below activities using the OSS and the ENM Integration/configuration:Secures the configuration and integration of different nodes (RNC, BSC, TRC, DUW, DUS, BB, R6K and TCU), Produce the appropriate configuration data transcripts which is needed during integration, perform pre-integration site checks according to installed hardware and system requirements to ensure that all the equipment is ready for integration, ensuring that integration is performed as planned and verifying that nodes are working as per agreed specifications. O&M:Implement/support in implementing the daily health check and fix any discovered symptoms, Implement/support in implementing the configuration/parameters changes in a daily basis, Understand and provide accurate descriptions of fault/problems based on the symptoms reported, Investigates and analyzes HW faults and performance issues and implement/apply the suitable MOP to eliminate the problem, Escalate the complex issues to the vendor and follow up the case progress until it is closed, Provides support to our field and back/front office teams, Provides emergency solutions to isolate problems and/or minimize effects on impacted functionality. OSS System Operation/AdministrationOnsite Ericsson OSS operation and maintenance support for the NOC and answer queries from the users, train the users on the various tool in OSS, Monitor the OSS SW and hardware health on a daily basis and carry out all tasks listed in OSS system admin guide, Ensure all PM data is collected and loaded into ENIQ, Ensure alarms is received in OSS and sent northbound, Ensure OSS complex ( OSS, UAS, Cominf, ENIQ, etc.) backups are done and are successful, Troubleshoot issues seen on the OSS , and escalate the more complex issue to the local support and follow-up until it solved . Network Monitoring and supervisionExecute network supervision, routine Health checks, and first line troubleshooting and remedial activities, as well as coordination of overall maintenance activities in the operation, in line with business requirements and procedures defined in the Operating Guidelines, in order to achieve network availability and performance targets within SLA.
