Worked in Different types of structural construction system (Casting situ and precast villas) Was responsible for building items and finishing work

( Block , plaster, paint , ceiling , marble , water proofing , roof combo system , aluminum works ) Followed precast villas and boundary wall and coordinating with architecture and structure drawings

Checked the drawing with the technical team and ensure the execution at site as per the approved drawings

Coordinate with the QA/QC team for the required inspection to hand each activity to consultant engineer

Coordinate with QA/QC team for closing and inspecting any NCR or SORs issued by consultant

Supervise the subcontractors and indirect manpower to achieve the best quality required as per the

Observing the required target from each labour and equipment

Following the Equipment and machines logistics at site as per activity scope, and as per site movement plan and target required for each area of work

Ensured to achieve the required target and the required dates as per the plan of the project

Arranged subcontractor’s targets and supervising them to achieve the required target o Creating labor’s weekly program weekly and following daily progress at site Following subcontractor work to get it as per approved drawings

Handing over structural works and villas works to Municipality ( DDA )
