The Artwork Specialist takes full ownership of AW execution from design to production. As such, I am the single point of accountability for the design intent and on-time delivery of Final Art. Partnering primarily with Initiative Leaders & Brand, I am responsible for technical fit-for-use and print feasibility, design intent implementation, formatting of brand packaging communication, regulatory and other artwork copy requirements, artwork assembly and final art approval

This role requires that I have a deep understanding of the E2E Artwork process, brand identity and design standards/guidelines, standard industry pre-press & printing knowledge, materials & substrates, and artwork file construction/ requirements

The role demands strong, proven leadership, communication, collaboration, influencing, and project management skills

  • Important Responsibilities:
  • E2E Artwork execution expertise on multifunctional initiative teams to ensure excellence in execution
  • Partnering with Brand Management, Design, R&D, Legal, and Regulatory to understand design intent and identify claim & copy requirements
  • Planning and managing artwork execution and critical path schedule
  • Elevating issues to key business partners to enable informed decision-making and effective resolution and controlling the artwork change management process
