• Responsible for onsite planning and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all TFM systems, including HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, civil, utilities, and infrastructure
• Plan and implement predictive and preventive maintenance schedules for various equipment to enhance uptime and improve equipment reliability as per the job plans generated by the CFM system
• Identifying areas of bottlenecks/breakdowns and taking steps to rectify the equipment through application of troubleshooting tools like Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and condition survey report
• Track and report the overall progress of work programmers against plans and forecasts and preparation of capex and opex
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, norms, and practices, identify any gaps, and implement corrective actions as needed
• Manage the RFQ process, obtain quotations, negotiate with subcontractors, and finalize variation work orders from the client for corrective and specialized maintenance services
• Responsible for expediting the Material Requisition (MR), Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and Scope of Work based on client requested variations
• Ensure the accurate execution and management of planned preventive maintenance as per the contract and adherence to all company procedures and the IFMS strategy
• Escalating and reporting appropriate line management of any potential risk or HSE violation for the existing facilities assets by conducting the internal condition survey and ensuring standard quality, safety and environmental control policies and procedures are maintained
• Supervising departments and subcontractors to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and customer satisfaction targets, in line with contractual requirements
• Monitoring and assessing the effectiveness of FM services to the client organization using established performance measurement techniques, including KPIs
• Managing the smooth and efficient operation of the facility, monitoring material and labor output, optimized resource utilization, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
• Monitor and ensure timely submission of monthly invoices to the client to maintain cash flow and profit gained on time and provide the technical assistance for expediting
• Organizing weekly client meetings to review overall progress, provide updates on forecasted tasks, and ensure that all assigned tasks, both minor and major, across various facilities comply with agreed SLAs and KPIs
• Additionally, evaluated meeting minutes for the upcoming schedule

• Responsible Site Engineer for MEP works for the Processing Plant, Rendering Plant, Boiler House, wastewater treatment plant, Feed Mill, Central Laboratory, Central Store, Maintenance Workshop, Recreation Center, General Store & Medical Clinic Buildings as per the scope of work

• O&M works of Malls, Residential Towers and industrial buildings
