• Co-ordinating all services that attend aircraft to prepare for its next flight, e.g. caterers, fuelers, cleaners, baggage loading as required.
• Document all key stage timings during departure process
• Ensure correct flight file/AAA paperwork is filed in format for auditing by both CAA, and all airlines as required.
• Liaison with Airline Flight Deck and Crews, Passenger Services staff and other airlines as required Airport

• Calculate aircraft's take-off weight, landing weight and its Centre of gravity.
• Plan position of luggage and cargo in aircraft's holds (Loading Instructions Report).
• Decide which seats on aircraft should be occupied if there is going to be large number of empty seats.
• Calculate how much cargo will need to be offloaded, if aircraft exceed its maximum operational weight.
• Preparing final weight and balance documentation
