Marketing Communications (Internal & External)
- Creates and coordinates the design & content of promotional material like press releases, paid editorial, case studies , emails, web content, posters, and & marketing literatures.
- Lead PR and external communications for the brand, including tasks such as proactive media outreach
- Coordinate with external suppliers for all printed services or other services as needed
- Crafting and sending regular newsletters about latest company news
- Designed and produced sales and collateral presentation materials
Company Registration & Prequalification’s.
- Responsible to register CCG companies, principals, and brands with government departments, municipalities, ministries, consultants & contractors
- Excel in handling all Online registration portals like SAP, ARIBA, ZYCUS, TEJARI, FEWA, MOID, MOI, DEWA, EMAAR, GRP and DPW
- Maintain the registration and prequalification with all the current clients and handle the full cycle of the registration and prequalification with all new clients
- Receive the tenders, RFP, RFQ, RFI and related correspondence and acknowledges the receipt wherever required
- Work with BDM to set the proposed plans that meet the objectives of the proposal requirements and timeline
- Mange all the vendor contract documents such as initiating the required purchase order
Event
- Identify, propose, plan and execute events and activities that support the strategic channel growth plan
- Organize and coordinate trade shows and conferences to actively promote the brand’s expertise
- Collaborate with event organizers to manage event delivery
- Manage & execution of event logistics operations.
Digital Accounts Handling
- Market Research to find suitable Marketplace platforms to the e-Commerce business
- Paid advertising campaign implementation, including working with the Digital team to execute and maintain ongoing paid social and digital advertising
- Planning, developing, and implementing digital strategies with strategically market research in digital projects to increase customer ROI
- Manage online inventory with our Marketplace platforms
- Create and manage all email marketing programs ensuring implementation, response tracking and campaign performance optimization
