1- Attract and retain the right talent:
- Conduct personal interviews for shortlisted candidates and prepare/submit Evaluation Forms for recruitment as well as handling exit interviews for resigned staff.
- Process HR issues (Promotions, grievance, extension of service, etc…) by studying employees’ personal file within agreed time
- Assist in Handling all HR functions relating to Recruitment, Personnel Affairs, and Employee Happiness etc…. in coordination with HR Division.
2- Ensuring the availability of Skilled and experienced workforce:
- Receive details of technical and admin courses from Training department. Liaise with coordinators and circulate Training Needs Analysis sheet for nominations submission. Forward the received training nominations to Training Department for further action.
- Prepare Training budget for the department Staff and process training requests/ correspondences in order to enhance staff competencies and skills.
3- Spreading the positive energy and happy work environment:
- Ensure submission of staff nominations for the Excellence /Divisional Internal Awards within agreed target time.
- Ensure the participation in the Employee Happiness activities
- Ensure the participation in the Corporate Social Responsibilities activities (CSR).
4- Effective R&D and innovative solutions and technologies
- Ensure evaluation of the division ideas and suggestions in the system
5- DGEP:
- Assist & support in preparing documents for DGEP and Divisional Self- Assessment and implement methodologies/ mechanisms based on suggested improvements in coordination with concerned Department
