Accomplishments

  • Improved the Quality of Education in UAE Schools since 2003 and overseas.
  • Conducted coaching and training programs for Arabic as a first language, Arabic as a second language, Islamic studies, and social studies.
  • 2023 (up to date): Established a unique inclusion department to support the Arabic program.
  • 2023, June: Raised the profile of Nord Anglia School, the British International School Abu Dhabi, in the UAE national identity mark. The British International School in Abu Dhabi achieved an "Outstanding" rating in the ADEK inspection, a prestigious UAE national identity mark. Despite many top schools not reaching this accolade, our success was notably contested due to its significance in the UAE.
  • 2021-2023: led the inspection team in schools and guided schools to improve the quality of education.
  • 16th October 2020: being involved in the UAE educational improvement through the program “Learn Live UAE," The impact of leadership on hybrid learning.
  • 2019, Ongoing: Continue to build leadership capacities and skills of the middle leaders, heads of department, and senior leaders.

  • 11-2019, February: Led the project “building the higher-order thinking skills through the scheme of reading." The data show a significant improvement in the learners, and that affirms the effectiveness of the implementation.
  • 2017, 2018, and 2019: developed and designed the curriculum content, resources, and assessment tools aligned with the language framework.
  • 06-13-2017, May: Education expert in the Ministry of Education in Georgia and Ilia State University as an educational expert.
  • 2016: Achieved the principalship internship at Mohammed bin Zayed School and the center of the British teachers
  • 14-2013: Established a partnership with Eton School, UK, to set the Arabic language common entrance exam for Brighton College Abu Dhabi students and international students in the UAE.
