  • Head of Government HR Audit Section under the Humane Resources Governance & Excellence Department of DGHR.
  • Coordinate with DGHR management and an external consultant in setting up the audit function of DGHR and HR governance framework. Subsequently to lead the audit team who will be responsible of auditing all Dubai Government Departments (currently around 42 departments) and ensure proper HR governance are implemented.

  • Develop and implement the HR audit plans for Dubai Government and provide periodical reports to Management

  • Manage the review function at DGHR and ensure that reviews and reports are timely and accurate
  • Manage the review of Dubai Government Organizational Structures in coordination with Policies and Programs Department
  • Manage the review of Dubai Government Workforce Budgets and their compliance in coordination with Policies and Programs Department and Department of Finance
  • Manage the review function on Dubai Government Entities’ compliance to the Strategic Plan and its implementation
