M.Tech Major Project
Formulating PLGA Microparticles for Efficient Encapsulation and Release of Hydrophilic and Hydrophobic Drugs (07/01/24 - 05/31/25)
A comparative analysis of drug release kinetics using PLGA microspheres encapsulating Carboplatin (hydrophilic) and BAY-876 (hydrophobic). Characterization was performed using SEM, DLS, ZETA, EDAX, UV-Vis spectroscopy, and in vitro drug release studies.
B.Tech Major Project
Antibacterial Efficacy of a Polyherbal Formulation (12/01/22 - 07/31/23)
Studied the antibacterial activity of Amruthotharam Kwath against MDR respiratory tract clinical isolates using both in vitro and in silico methods. The formulation included Guduchi, Haritaki, and Sunthi.
