I was brought on to build out two new verticals within Kinetic, consisting of Agritech & Sustainability away from their traditional Life Science market.

I was brought on by Halian to build out a new Life Science & MedTech arm within Halian's 'Next Generation Division'. Due to my past successes in other agencies.
In my role I built & cultivated new business opportunities through cold calls, client visits, presenting RPOs & Retained Project proposals and extensive networking at events/conferences in my spare time.
Notable Achievements:
I was headhunted by Resource Right as they found my knowledge of the Life Science sector to be valuable enough to implement it as a new division of the business and have trust to move me over to Dubai.
Through this new challenge I had to come up with a business plan for the region, establish myself in the industry and build our brand name in the market, to obtain new relationships/deals with clients - at just 23 years old.
I implemented 3 business models to move away from standardized recruitment allowing greater market exposure & capture.
1. Recruitment both Contract & Permanent - Full Pharma Life Cycle.
2. B-2-B Referral model. We place businesses together for projects or needs they have. We in turn take a fee for service & it allows for smoother client cooperation/collaboration.
3. Full Medical Writing Outsourcing model. We provide teams of freelancers in Regulatory & Commercial spaces to clients. Cutting out Medical Writing Agency costs.
This move enabled & enhanced my skills in Business Development, Client Relationships, Internal Management & Soft Skills (regional culture, work ethic, time management). Allowing me to run my operations fluidly and take on more of a managerial role with delivery consultants internally. Excellent growth experience.
Notable Achievements:
I worked at EPMScientific, my specialist sector was the pharmaceutical industry, focused around contract markets. I predominantly worked in the French & Spanish markets. Our mother company was called Phaidon International.
I worked in EPM for almost 1.7 years. During this time, I learnt the in's and out's of the recruitment business, built new client bases and networked/built relationships with leading industry professionals in Pharma, Biotech, Device & CRO clients.
Notable Achievements:
I was freelancing at Russia Today (RT) as an Autocue Operator. Was trained by RT and freelanced for them. Entails autocue operating for shows and live news and setting up studios for live interviews with guests. Guests include famous political figures, MPs, businessmen, monarchs, etc.
Was the location Manager for the short film 'The Hunt'. Improved my Negotiation and communication skills. Also coordinated the budget and the full production breakdown for the duration of filming.
'Death of a Miser' - "An old wealthy man has been murdered in his home. His preppy son has until the police arrive, to identify the killer in the house for a reward." - Screenwriter for a £15,000 micro-budget feature film - idea was pitched to top filmmaking professionals and chosen as the feature project for the year against 5 other scripts.
Annual five-part, ten minute web series called 'Gambit'. One of five writers in a writers room for 8 weeks. Constant collaboration, creative thinking, deadline oriented work.
