Job Responsibilities:

• Preparation of Resource & Cost loaded Baseline Program in line with the Main contractor High level program.
• Preparation of Level-I, Level-II, Level-III and Level-IV schedules using P6 in line with the contractual commitments.
• MEP planning for UAE’s Deepest Basements (7 Levels, 32 m).
• Preparation of Extension of Time (EOT) claims using Window Analysis and Time Impact Analysis (TIA) by addition of Potential delays as identified through Program analysis and Site Instructions.
• Preparation and submission of Updated particulars of Interim EOT claims using Time Impact Analysis within contractual duration.
• Preparation of Project Risk Management Plan which includes Identification of risks, preparation of risk response plan, monitor and control known and unknown risks.
• Estimation of Manhours based upon the BOQ’s and Contractual durations using standard Productivity Norms.
• Updating of Baseline Program (Weekly Basis) for client submission.
• Identification of delays using Multiple Float path analysis in P6 and raising the flag to construction team to mitigate the delay.
• Preparation of Delay Notices as per contract requirements and for mitigation of delays as identified from Program Analysis.
• Monitoring the progress through Earned Value Management (EVM) in comparison with Budgeted cost and Hours.
• Monitor and track the deviation between the Plan and actual. Record the areas of improvement for the future requirement and organize the critical meetings.
• Implementation of “Productivity System” and controlling the Site team’s productivity through Productivity report on Monthly Basis.

Job Responsibilities:

• Planning for UAE’s Biggest Hospital’s Fire Fighting Protection, i.e. New Alain Hospital, Alain, UAE.
• Prepared the Work Program (Baseline) using Primavera P6 for Fire Fighting systems as per client’s demand.
• Prepared the Forecast Manpower Histogram for 30 Months through Resource Loading in the Baseline Program using Primavera P6.
• Managing multiple projects with more than 10k activities in Primavera P6 and keeping track.
• Identification of delays from Critical Path Analysis and suggest mitigation plans to Project Manager to avoid further delays.
• Measuring progress through Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Prepared and updating the Progress Tracking Sheet based on daily and weekly progress monitored from site.
• Monitor and track the deviation between the Plan and actual. Record the areas of improvement for the future requirement and organize the critical meetings.
• Preparing Weekly Progress Report containing updated Procurement and Drawing Status Logs, Last week progress, Progress Curve, 2 weeks ahead Plan etc. and submitting it to the Client weekly.

• Preparing and updating the Recovery Program using Primavera P6 for monitoring purposes based upon the actual site conditions.

Job Responsibilities:

• To create the Baseline Program, in coordination with Project Manager, for Fire Fighting Scope of work using the Planning tools e.g. PRIMAVERA P6.
• To resource load the Baseline Program and determine the Manpower Histogram to be submitted to Client.
• To prepare the Progress S-Curve in order to monitor the Planned vs. Actual Progress (Based on Budgeted Units).
• To prepare the daily progress report, in coordination with Site Team, and reporting progress to the client.
• Identification of delays from Critical Path Analysis and suggest mitigation plans to Project Manager to avoid further delays.
• Monitor and track the deviation between the Plan and actual. Record the areas of improvement for the future requirement and organize the critical meetings.
