My responsibilities as company Public Relations Officer are:
· Apply Certificate of Origin for GCC countries, Arab League from Ministry of Economy
· Apply Certificate of Origin from Dubai Chamber
· Import / Export permits & NOCs from EOCN and SIRA or other concerned authorities
· Getting import and export lists from Sharjah, and Fujairah Customs
· Manage all the licenses, permits and certificates for DED (Dubai & Abu Dhabi), TECOM, JAFZA, and Certificates of Branch of Foreign companies from Ministry of Economy.
· Manage bank guarantees with ministries and other government agencies
· Manage Lease agreements and Ejari for the office and factory in the Dubai Investment Park, Dubai Industrial City, Dubai Science Park, Jebel Ali Free zone and Abu Dhabi.
· Apply for NOCs and permits for signage display in the DED, DIC, and DSP.
· Handle Dangerous/Hazardous Goods permit from DCD.
· Handle Safety Certificate for Dubai and Abu Dhabi facilities.
· Handle Chemical Precursor for DIP and DSP from MOHAP.
· Handle Industrial Production License for the factory from MoIAT.
· Company registration and Affection plan application with DLD.
· Submission documents of UBOs for all the entities in DED, TECOM, and JAFZA.
· Import/Export Invoices and Certificate of Origin attestations from MOFA's updated system eDAS2.0.
· Other commercial/individual documents attestation from MOFA.
· To get the commercial/individual documents legalized by consulates and embassies.
· To get the documents such as MOAs, POAs, and amendments notarized from courts and MOJ.
· To ensure that the companies follow Emiratization rate target and manage the induction of new Emirati staff by posting the vacancies on the platforms like Nafis.
· Register the newly hired Emirati staff with GPSSA system (Pension authority) and submit the applications of end-of-service for the outgoing staff.
· Type all kinds of work permits from MOHRE.
· Arranging outside visas for the staff travelling on business trips.
· To Deal with Government bodies and Regulatory Authorities for day-to-day business pertaining to permits, certificates and NOCs.
Further to the above-mentioned responsibilities, I was also given the additional task by the company management. That is LC documents preparation, which includes preparing commercial invoices for customers and submitting them to banks.
