- Project Details: This is an EPC project and it’s located inside the LNG plant (at Brown field area) at Shell, Hazira-Gujrat. The scope of the project are to construct - 2 Fire water tank (capacity- 6000KL each), Pumphouse, Underground diesel storage tank (capacity), 4km underground piping as well 4 km above ground piping. Electrical & instrumentation (32KM), Demolition of existing Fire water tank, Pump house & existing diesel tank. Infrastructure facilities (Road, fencing etc.) shall also be developed in around the plant. Above ground pipe line will extend at top of LNG tank & monitoring tower of jetty area to developed firefighting system. The purpose of the project is to upgrade the existing firefighting system of the LNG plant to meet the standard of IOGP requirements.

Three tunnel (100mtr X 5mtr X 5 mtr) which will interconnect two LPG cavern. ONE 1.1 km tunnel (wide- 9mtr: Height- 8mtr) and 165mtr deep vertical shaft of dia – 6.5mtr. Proposed cavern is to be constructed inside existing Mangalore LPG Import Facility Terminal.
