Manipulating the process of New Employee Addition to the company.

Handled the Reconciliation Process of Different Companies.
Implement staffing & manpower budgeting strategy in line with the business goals.
Preparing Financial Statements for Different Clients.
VAT registration , Amendment & De-registration also Quarterly VAT Filing for Clients.
Perform analysis that identifies value creation opportunities across the business.
Maintain payroll information, files and records for purposes of providing an up-to- date reference and Internal / External audit trail in compliance with company regulations.
Assist Business Development team to close new sales deals.
Cost savings and capital optimization initiatives.
Provide expert advice to both the business and wider HR team on learning opportunities and emerging trends within the market.
Checking the Invoices and Bills entered in the Accounting Softwares
Business insights & strategic support to Top Level Management by formulating the Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
Participate in setting up & implementing marketing strategies, and activities in support of marketing plan aiming at maximising the customer retention.
Devicing Internal business plans & projections.
